It is solely for the purpose of providing you with great service and an enjoyable experience at Total Framing. If at any time you choose to unsubscribe from Total Framing emails you may do so at the bottom of your email. TF emails are designed to only provide you with information regarding the store. Whether or not you receive our emails has no effect on how much of a value you are to our Total Framing family.

The information we collect from you in-store would only used be for contact purposes regarding picture framing orders, special orders placed for merchandise or by at the request of you for notification of sales via email.

 

Picture Framing Orders (includes any work order being placed)

Contact information required would include Name, Phone Number and Address. We require this information for contact purposes only regarding your order. There are times when notifications need to be sent through the mail, this information never leaves our facility and is not accessible online for third party viewers.

 

Special Orders Placed for Merchandise

The only information requested for special orders is a name and phone number for contact when your order arrives.
